Kevin is the Founder & CEO of Three 17 Capital LLC and leads the investment management general partnership in creating and executing its investment strategy. As a member of the general partnership, he oversees investor relations and assists with acquisitions.

Kevin is an experienced real estate entrepreneur and started his career in real estate as an economic development intern for the Mayor of Cincinnati, Mark Mallory, in 2008 when he was a senior at the University of Cincinnati. In that capacity, he worked on The Banks project, a transformational mixed-use waterfront development project where helped market and sell the City of Cincinnati as a place to do business and The Banks as a prime business opportunity to potential investors and business owners in the retail, hospitality, entertainment, and multifamily industries.

In 2010 he became a licensed real estate agent in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia where he would go on to found his own real estate sales and development company, broker millions of dollars in transactions, develop million dollar + properties, and serve the community and real estate industry in several capacities including as a member of the Board of Directors for the Washington, D.C. Association of Realtors for five years.

Kevin is a licensed associate real estate broker with eXp Commercial in Washington, D.C. and Maryland. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate and is well versed in many areas of the real estate space including but not limited to seller representation, buyer representation, investor representation, landlord representation, tenant representation, wholesaling, acquisitions, development, raising private capital, syndication, brokerage, advisory, research, and asset management. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Carl H. Lindner School of Business with a major in accounting and a minor in International Business.

In addition to being the Founder of The Multifamily Investors Collective™, an exclusive online community for multifamily real estate investors, Kevin routinely speaks, teaches, coaches and mentors real estate investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs to help them create, grow and preserve wealth through multifamily real estate investing.

Kevin lives in the Washington, D.C. area with his wife Albany and their two children Amelia and Chase.
